 Regretfully our fish are not available on-line. Customers wishing to purchase or reserve any fish shown on our website must do so at our premises.
All new Imported Koi are Quarantined for a minimum period of 6 weeks. - These Koi will not therefore be available for sale, reservation or viewing without the pumps and aeration operating, until they have been fully quarantined.
Reserving Koi - We will only reserve Koi in the Rock and Japanese Ponds. A deposit of 50% is required. Koi may be reserved up to a maximum period of 4 weeks. Koi held for longer than this period will incur an additional charge of £2.50 per week.
Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed
We guarantee to replace or refund any item that does not meet with your complete satisfaction. All we ask is that the item is returned to us within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The company does not pay return postage. Returned parcels remain the customer's responsibility until safely received by us.
Any items received damaged should not be signed for and returned immediately to the delivery person.
Any items opened after delivery that are found to be damaged, faulty or incomplete must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
