This multifunctional filter is the ideal
replacement for gravity fed vortex and brush
chambers. It is an efficient pre-filter, screening
out coarse solids before water is pumped
to a Bubblebead or other biological filter,
and aerating water during the process.
It incorporates a large stainless sieve
screen 316L with low clogging technology,
a patented floating weir inlet that controls
inward flow and maintains internal water level,
a separate valved drain for captured dirt, and
the capability to upgrade with buoyant biomedia.
Waste outlet rotatable to allow access to
slide valve from above or side.
* 110mm Inlet for gravity-feed from pond, suits
flows in excess of 3000gph
* Screened outlet 75/90mm for pump connection
on either side of unit
* Optional buoyant biomedia
* Sturdy lid keeps out leaves and reduces
growth of algae.
